Rincon Air Conditioning & Heating Co. is family owned and operated and has been providing HVAC products and services to Tucson area homes and businesses since 1958. We have operated out of the same building right in the heart of Tucson since day one. We are committed to the needs of our community and the complete satisfaction of all those who entrust us with their heating and cooling necessities. Our NATE certified HVAC technicians are respectful, conscientious and timely because, at Rincon Air Conditioning, we're one big family dedicated to treating you like one of our own.

Since Rincon's beginning in 1958, we have operated under the licensing and bonding requirements of the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractor's Office. Rincon Air Conditioning & Heating has also been a member of the Tucson Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau since 1976.

Neil has been with Rincon for 16 years. He has a wide knowledge of the industry as whole. Neil is an expert when it comes to new equipment and all the specs, data and options available. Clients find Neil to be informative as well as very relatable. Neil spends his spare time cheering on and supporting the Arizona Wildcats!
Ben Munoz
Vice President/Owner
John has been with Rincon for 11 years and handles all things financial and logistical. John attended the University of Arizona and Grand Canyon University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Entrepreneurial Studies. In his free time John enjoys all things Tucson with his wife, Caitlin.
Gerald Chamberlain

Ben has been with Rincon for 16 years and has nearly 20 years experience in the industry, Ben is a NATE certified technician and great at using practical skills with his vast technical knowledge to solve even the most challenging problems. Ben is extremely personable and we have never met a homeowner who didnt love him.
Past President & Owner
Gerald first worked at Rincon back in the 70's for one summer as a helper, he returned and joined the install team in the early 90's and navigated his way through all aspects of the industry, ultimately purchasing the company in 2004. Gerald retired in 2020 and now enjoys spending time on his hobby farm in Elgin.
